■ 久しぶりにブログを更新！ 　　[ NO. 2010052601-1 ]

最近、病院に入院した大好きな婆ちゃんのお見舞いが午後からあり、あまり遠出したくないので、今日は晴美さんにお願いして１１時上がり予定で近場の涅槃岩へ。
それにしても昔、何度か通った涅槃岩は懐かしいですね(^-^) 知らない間にキレイな涅槃ボルダーなんかも出来てましたぁ〜。

今日も思ったのですが、自分よりモチベーションが高い人(もちろん晴美さん♪) とワイワイ登ると心地良いクライミングが出来ま〜す。クライミングってパートナーも重要なんですね。

本日の朝練は４時間集中型なのでレスト時間１５分以内(良いトレーニングになりました)で『クラックジョイ』と『ビルバーナー』でアップ後、２人で本題の『エスパー』１２ａｂをトライ開始しました。

ムーブ自体(２人とも同意見で『カランバ』のグレード４〜５級くらい)はすぐに２人とも解決できて、ＲＰ態勢へ。如何せん、フォールするとぶち当たる後ろの木にビビりまくり手が出ず本日諦めモードに……。『エスパー』はボルダー系というより精神的な要素が強い印象のルートでした(u_u)
しかし、自分の最終便前に疲れているのに晴美さんが、当たっても少しでも痛くない様、木にタオル掛け便を出してくれてことに、すごい感動(^-^#)これでビビってたら男じゃあないくらいに、久しぶりに気合が入りスイッチＯＮ＼(゜□゜)／
取り付きから全２１手を完璧な集中力でムーブをこなし完登、会心のＲＰでした(今回は晴美さんのおかげで登れましたぁ♪ありがとうございます*^ー^)

来週月曜日、細川さんチームは有笠山予定です。自分は近場かな!?
