　今日は、完全レストにしました。お昼は子供とお寿司、午後は、昼寝と映画DVDを見ました。ママはハシルンダ－に取り付かれて、レース参加です。モチモチ君達は、有笠合宿です。ガンバ！！細さんのパスファインダ－のオンサイト直後（おめでとう!!　トポを見たけど、11ｂｃなのかな？僕が知る限りでは、最高オンサイトグレードですか、違っていたらすいません。）の映像が届いたけどアップは出来ません、あしからず。携帯の映像は編集も難しいので、僕のパソコンでは、DVDにも出来ません。すみません。　・・・にしても、こうして見ると結構太ってますよね。去年ジャングルジム登った時と比べると３ｋｇ増だし、ヤバイっすね。確実に中年太りが進行してますね。;^_^A
